Ancient Coinage of Bithynia, Kios (Prusias ad Mare)



Located at the head of the Propontis, in Bithynia, Kios or Cius; sacked and renamed Prusias ad Mare by King Prusias I in 202 BC, but renamed back to Kios under the Romans.
