Browsing Roman Imperatorial Coins of Marc Antony


Co-triumvir with Octavian (Augustus) and Lepidus until 33 BC, Antony was defeated by Octavian at the naval Battle of Actium. He and Cleopatra committed suicide shortly thereafter.
