NOTE: M. Kreuzer, in his book "Coinage System of Cleopatra VII and Augustus in Cyprus" attributed numerous coins to Cleopatra VII which all other standard reference works attribute to Ptolemy IV. We shall continue to use the generally accepted attributions, unless no other reference except Kreuzer can be found.
