  and draped bust right / Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopiae in left
  field, M (denomination=40) in right field. Svoronos 1872; SNG Copenhagen 422. Good
  VF, red and green patina. Rare this nice. Estimate $1250.

  Portraits of Cleopatra are rare at best. Several marbles are known in museums and a
  few high grade coins have survived. This is a wonderful opportunity to acquire a
  magnificent portrait of one of the most famous women of antiquity.
