Neoclaudiopolis, Paphlagonia, (Andrapa) was founded by Pompey in 65 or 62 BC under the name of Neapolis as part of the new province of Bithynia et Pontus, renamed Neoclaudiopolis under Claudius. Modern-day Vezir-Keupru near Corum.
