Ancient Coinage of Caria, Heraclea Salbace (Herakleia Salbace)

Herakleia Salbace was located on the Phrygia-Carian border on Mt. Babadag's southern foothills which overlook the Tavas Plain. Its neighbours were Aphrodisias to the west and Apollonia and Tabae to the south.
