silvered. Grade:EF
'276-282 A.D. Obv.: Radiate bust of Probus
right/Salus feeds a snake rising from an
altar. Steel and blue toning on fully
silvered surfaces. Probus reunited much of
the empire, then proceeded to use military
troops for civic work. The troops resented
this work, some of them murdering the
emperor while on an inspection. [L534393]
