Note: RIC cites "R.Ball Cat. 14, 860" for the denarius, however, 
the Robert Ball company's last auction was no. 10, in 1934, after 
which the stock was sold off, so the citation must be an error. Nor is the cited catalog number a misprint for IV, VI or IX - 
these were all checked.
