sestertius of Hadrian minted between 134-138 A.D. 
Laureate, draped bust right. 

ADVENTVI AVG AFRICAE SC, Hadrian left, togate, standing right, 
raising right hand and holding roll on in left hand, facing him 
on right, standing left, a draped figure, sacrificing out of 
patera in right hand over an altar in the center. Africa wears
elephant-trunk head-dress and corn-ears and drapery caught up
in left hand. Victim next to altar.
