name of the magistrate apart from a first letter believed to be an "L", however, this coin offered by Pecumen, Gitbud
& Naumann shows MI at bottom left, continuing with NE..HS
 FILOPA at bottom right. The sale description gives the 
name of Epikrates and RPC 3022 in error.
