Unclear legend, capricorn leaping right, cornucopiae on its back.

Note: All the reference works I have consulted list only one
coin with the name SEBASTOS on the obverse with a capricorn
on the reverse and that has the radiate head of Helios with
the legend HELIOC CEBACTOC. This coin is a relatively new
acquisition in the Paris cabinet and is unpublished.
