City of Thracian Chersones.
Note: The documentation on coins of Coela is very sparse. Mionnet copied information from old catalogs (as well as documenting the Paris collection), Moushmov copied Mionnet and Varbanov copied Moushmov but added several coins.
I found some additional listings in articles by Imhoof, Cadalvene, Mionnet I, and two articles by Chaix. Some coins are also listed in Cohen.

Hadrian (117 – 138 A.D.)

NOTE: The following coin of Hadrian was first listed in Mionnet and copied by Moushmov, and Varbanov also cites this entry. It is unusual that the coin had Greek on the obverse and Latin on the reverse and the obverse legend given below is thus probably incorrect and should read in Latin IMP CAESAR T AEL HADRIANVS AVG or similar. See example below, and the second example on wildwinds, which completes the missing legend.
