Chersonesos, Thrace. Ca 400-350 BC. AR Hemidrachm. Forepart of lion right, head reverted. Quadripartite incuse square with dot in one quarter and selinus leaf in the other. Note: The selinus leaf took many forms on coins during the period ca. 450-350 BC. This particular type was used on silver coins from Selinus, Sicily.
