Lychnidos (Ohrid), 187-171 BC, AE unit.

Obv: Macedonian shield, triskeles rotating left in the centre.
Rev: LYXNI-DEWN above and beneath prow right.

The bronze coins of Lychnidos are exceptionally rare and 
so far only about thirty coins from this small town
have been found. This coin is in the collection of the
National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia.

The town is not listed in AMNG, Mionnet, BMC, Gaebler etc.
