TRIPOLEITWN MAIANDROC, river-god Maeander reclining left, 
holding reed and cornucopiae, resting left arm on an 
overturned urn, from which waters flow.

Note, Mionnet III, 513 (see exmaple here on wildwinds) lists
a similar type, but the head on that coin is definitely male. 
Several coins of Lydia have a female bust of the Senate.
