Obv: +HEN[RIC REX], crowned bust three quarters right with sceptre and three stars in field. 

Rev: +SAP[ ]SAL, cross pattee over saltire with annulets at the end of each limb and star in angles.

The moneyer apparently unrecorded for Salisbury.
