     Obverse: Diademed bust of Cleopatra VII facing right.
     Reverse: Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, cornucopiae in left

Extremely Rare in this Condition 

One of the most sought after coins of the ancient world
and is rarely seen in this condition. Well centered, 
with nice details in the portrait, eagle reverse, and legends. 

     This historic coin was minted during the lifetime of Cleopatra
     VII, the famous seductress of both Julius Caesar and Mark
     Antony and was the last of the Greek Ptolemaic rulers of ancient
     Egypt. Her suicide in 30 BC marked the end of Egyptian autonomy
and the beginning of Egypt's history as a Roman provincial region.
