      No private counter bid will be accepted.Shipping is $4 domestic,
     $6 Canadian and $8 Overseas. Domestic shipments maximum insurance
       is $25,000; Canadian maximum insurance is $1,000; and overseas
       maximum insurance is $42. The Time Machine will be responsible
      for the maximum insurance amounts. Please complete all sections
