M COMM ANT P FEL AVG BRIT, laureate head right / PIETATI SENATVS, C V P P in the exergue, Commodus standing right, togate, holding an eagle-tipped scepter & an object (possibly a roll), exchanging greetings with the Genius of the Senate (or a Senator), standing left, holding scepter.
