                         standard.

      Remarks:
                         Excellent, fully struck portrait -- each
                         whisker in his beard and mustache is clearly
                         defined.  Struck on a large, slightly oblong
                         flan.  The reverse is highly detailed except
                         for a lightly struck area at four o'clock.
