            Gold aureus (7.26 gm). Rome, 196-197 AD. IVLIA AVGVSTA, draped bust 
            right/ IVNO REGINA, Juno, veiled, standing left, holding patera and 
            scepter, peacock standing left at her feet, looking up at Juno. 
            BMCRE 42 note. Cohen 96 (Paris, 200 Fr.). RIC 560 (R2). Calico 2618. 
            Rare: only this specimen, one other in trade, and four in museums 
            recorded in C. Clay’s unpublished 1972 die corpus of early Severan 
            aurei and bronze coins. Mint state.
