            Michael VII, Ducas. (1071-1078 AD). Silver scyphatic miliaresion 
            (1.97 gm). Constantinople. + ÈKI XËÈI TW [CW] ÄOVË, the Virgin orans 
            standing facing on footstool, nimbate, wearing pallium and 
            maphorium; in field to left, monogram MP; to right, ÈV, both with 
            lines above; double border / + MIXAHË RACIË O [ÄK], Michael, 
            bearded, standing facing, wearing crown and military attire 
            (consisting of cuirass, tunic, cloak and high boots), holding long 
            cross in right hand and resting left on sheath containing sword, 
            pellet below right elbow; double border. DO 7. Sear 1873. Good very 
            fine.
