            with curly hair and close beard, wearing pallium and colobium, 
            raising right hand in benediction and holding book of Gospels in 
            left, cross behind head / D (retrograde) N IUSTINIANUS ET TIbERIUS 
            PP A’, facing half-length figures of Justinian, on left, and 
            Tiberius, as smaller child, on right, each wearing crown, divitision 
            and chlamys, holding between them cross potent on two steps. DO 2a. 
            MIB 2a. Sear 1414. Excellent example of this scarce type with 
            portrait of Justinian’s son Tiberius as a baby. Mint state.
