Facing bust of Constans with plumed crown & long beard, beside smaller crowned bust of Constantine, fragmentary legend / VICTORIA AVGU, cross potent on three steps flanked by Heraclius & Tiberius, both wearing crown and chlamys, holding globus cruciger; IS/CONOB.
