spear over shoulder, crescent moon above, ROMA behind, 
mark of value * (XVI monogram) before / Voting scene: 
citizen on left receives ballot from attendant behind 
pons, citizen on right drops ballot into cista, P. NERVA 
(NE in monogram) in upper field beneath bar on which 
tablet inscribed [P]. Cr. 292/1. Syd. 548. RSC Licinia
