Silver Denarius Obverse: Laureate head of Apollo right, sceptre and letter on left, M, symbol below chin, probably a clump of grapes on a vine. Reverse: Horseman galloping right, hurling spear, on left numeral, CVII, in exergue P.CREPVSI. Condition: VF, Coin at auction is much, much better than picture. This coin has excellent surfaces and metal with smooth lustrous light silver metal. The obverse has some iridescent amber toning in the field above, behind, and below the head. The coin is very well centered on both sides. Reverse is sharp with much lustre in the protected areas. Attractive example of this coin. Valuation: Why Valuation?
