                              Messana mint. Helmeted head of Minerva left / 
                              Eagle standing left on thunderbolt, head right; 
                              short sword left. Crawford 23/1; Sydenham 30; 
                              BMCRR 5. VF, dark green and brown patina. Very 
                              rare. ($1000)
                              Only the second specimen we have handled. Far 
                              superior to the Goodman example in CNG Auction 47, 
                              lot 1036 that realized $560.
