             Roman Republic, Manlius Aemilius Lepidus, 109-100 BCE,
             silver denarius, 17-18 mm. Obverse : laureate head of Roma
             right, ROMA before, star behind. Reverse : M.N. (AEMI)LIO -
             equestrian statue on triumphal arch, LEP between arches.
             Grade gVF. Medium toning with scattered darker areas and
             irridescence. Just a touch of wear on highest points. Very
             nice detail with an expressive rendering - Nice! Ref. RSC 7
