  P. Accoleius Lariscolus. 43 BC. AR Denarius (3.64 gm). P. ACCOLEIVS LARISCOLVS, bust
  of Diana Nemorensis right with hair falling down her neck / Triple cult statue of
  Diana Nemorensis standing facing, supporting beam on which there are five trees.
  Crawford 486/1; Sear, CIR 172a (same obverse die); Sydenham 1148a; Accoleia 1a. VF,
  off-center strike, obverse grafitti and light porosity. Estimate $200.

  Sear maintains that this coin commemorates the town of Aricia, the place of origin of
  the moneyer's family. Diana Nemoerensis was the chief deity of Aricia, and the ruins
  of her temple there are still visible today. Octavian's mother, Atia, was born in the
  town.
