IMP VICTORINVS AVG, Laureate and cuirassed half-length bust right, holding spear and shield.
LIBERALITAS AVG, emperor, togate, holding short sceptre and branch, seated left on a curule chair on a high podium, with an officer behind him and Liberalitas, holding abacus and cornucopiae at his side. A citizen climbs the steps to the podium to receive largesse.
