three quarters facing to right, holding spear over shoulder 
and shield decorated with horseman.
Rv: SALVS REI-PVBLICAE H (officina letter), Theodosius II and 
Valentinianus III enthroned facing, each nimbate and wearing 
consular robes, and holding mappa and crossed-tipped sceptre;
