D N VALENS—P F AVG, bust cuirassed right, seen from front, wearing pearl diadem, fold of cloak on left shoulder / GLORIA ROMANORVM, Valentinian I and Valens, both in military dress, standing respectively left, head right, and right, head left, each holding globe and scepter, beneath a decorated arch supported by two columns with spiral fluting, CONSB in exergue.
