Obv:  FOY.CAB.T PANKYLLINA. Draped bust right. Countermark: cultus statue of 
 Aphrodisias standing right, in oval punch (on lower front part of bust). 
Rev:  ( … ) WNP  ( … ) I.KL.FILIPP ON.KENTA ( … ) around oak-wreath; inside 
 wreath  TPALLIA PYθIA  on either side of tripod, which is encircled by 
 serpent.

Grade: good Fine, dark brown patina. Countermark F-VF.  
Die Axis:  165°.  Weight:  12.40 g. 

Rare. The countermark of this coin was applied at Aphrodisias in Caria, where 
only foreign coins were countermarked to make them valid in that city. This 
particular coin is not listed in Howgego although the countermark matches 
listing 228.
