Apparently unpublished. Not in SNG Cop, BMC, von Aulock, 
Mionnet, Waddington, Imhoof, Robinson, etc. This reverse
is listed for Gordian III under SNG von Aulock, 4277 and
Mionnet III, 13. 
Arycanda struck coins only for six years and only under 
Gordian and Tranquillina. The coin listed in Babelon's
Waddington Collection catalogue as a coin of Philip II
is very likely in error.
