All are illustrated. Browse, enjoy and bid as you like. Lot: 44 Rome. Ancient. Roman Empire. Trajan Decius. antoninianus. (C81) T.Decius/2 Pannoniae. silver. Grade:VF '249-251 A.D. Obv.: Radiate bust of Trajan Decius right/Rev.: Two Pannoniae standing. Deep silver to steel gray toning on nicely silvered surfaces. There are many propaganda issues, this one needing no explanation. The emperor was born in Lower Pannonia. Decius died in an ambush set by the Goths for troops he was leading.
