Obv: Laureate head right.  Countermark DAK (D is Delta).  
Rev:  Trajan (or a god), holding sceptre, in galloping quadriga right.

countermark); SGI 1082; Varbanov 1069.  See Lindgren III 1291 for a
similar coin of Domitian.  SNG Copenhagen lists the city as
Balanea-Leucas in the Seleucis and Pieria region of Syria.  

Countermark indicates the title Dacius.
