                          Flavian Logic Ancient Numismatics

             Trajan, 98-117 CE, AE sestertius, 33-35mm. Obverse : IMP.
             CAES. NERVA TRAIAN. AUG. GERM. P.M. - laureate head right.
             Reverse : TR. P(OT). COS. IIII. S.C. -Mars, nude, walking
             right, holding spear and trophy. Grade gVG or better. Clean
             metal (but not shiney) , partial legends, somewhat grainey
             surfaces. Still nice detail for grade on a very large flan.
             Ref. RIC 426
