                                Description

     This is a problem free example of a denarius of Tiberius which is
     often refered to as the "tribute penny" of the Bible. It was the
     most common type of denarius minted under Tiberius who was the
     ruler at the time of Christ's ministry. The bust of Tiberius is
     in high relief on this coin. The coin has an overall light to
     medium grey toning and looks nicer than the scan. I will refund
     your money if you are not satisfied. I have set a reserve at my
     cost of $220. I bought this coin at the FUN show in January of
     this year. I will also include the book "Moneys of the Bible" by
     R.S. Yeoman for free if you would like it. It is 6x9 inches and
     has 60+ pages of coins with photographs. The books are unused
     (copyright 1982). I am also posting several other Biblical coins
     ("Shekel of Tyre", "Widows Mites", and rare coins of Herod and
