rev: FELICITAS SAECVLI, Felicity standing left, sacrificing over altar, 
     holding a long caduceus, * to right.

This example is a little different.  SAECVLI is misspelled SAECILI, there is no C to left as on a normal RIC 21, and there seems to be a club or thunderbolt between Felicity and her caduceus.
