Septimius Severus AE Philippopolis Thanatos Septimius Severus, 193-211, AE 17 of Philippopolis in Thrace, F+. Obv. Laureate bust right. Rev. Thanatos, or personification of death, winged, standing left, holding upside down torch. The coin is light green, and gray, a little rough, but with clear images. Legends are nearly full on the reverse, but only a few letters are present on the obverse.
