This Roman denarius of Emperor Septimius Severus was minted in
     196 CE. Coin grades Fine with part of the reverse inscription
     missing due to off center strike. Otherwise a very nice example
     of this emperor with a clear portrait. This coin is listed in RSC
     #647 and RCV S1786.
