This is Salonina Antioch Mint RIC 92 sole reign listing. But I honestly
think
it's a very late joint late listing because of flan size and metallic
content. But it's a variety of 92 for sure as the coin was the main Salonina
type at the major mints of Rome and Antioch and thus an Empire wide strike
struck for most of her reign. So they come in all sorts of flans and hand
made designs.
