Browsing Roman Imperial Coins of Regalianus


Regalianus, usurper, made a general by Valerian and proclaimed Emperor in AD 260 after the execution of Valerian. His coins are usually overstruck on Severan issues, so legends often appear odd. Because of the poor quality of most of these coins, some are shown as two different examples.
