Victory advancing left, bearing wreath, captive before, SC in
exergue. RIC 233. VF, brown patina, casting seam on rim which is
not unusual for this issue. While this denomination is sometimes
called “dupondius” it was probably a double sestertius, struck
later in the reign than the heavy issues.
