 Plautilla wife of Caracalla, executed by her husbands orders
 in 211 after 6 years of exile, silver denarius, 17-18mm.
 Obverse : PLAUTILLAE AUGUSTAE - draped bust right. Reverse :
 PROPAGO IMPERI. - Plautilla and Caracalla holding hands.
 GradeaEF. Well centered, medium dark toning, with no wear.
 Only detraction is a slightly uneven strike, but even this
 does not affect detail. Strong, expressive portrait (better
 than scan) from a Roman mint. Very scarce - especialy in
 nice condition. Ref. SR 2002 ; RSC 21
