Obv: IMP M IVL PHILIPPVS, radiate bust left with sheild & spear 
Rev: C F P D, lion advancing right.


Varbanov 3051 (R3) lists this coin as Philip I.  I believe the portrait is
pretty clearly that of Philip Jr.
