Obv:  AVTKMIOV L  IOC F I L  I PP OC  . Laureate, drap ed and cuirassed burst right. 
Rev: APOL LWNIATWN ,  LV  in field to right. Athena standing right, holding 
spear and resting against shield. 

Ref: BMC -. Grade: About VF, green-black patina with touches of red.   

Die Axis:  180°.  Weight:  6.14 g  .  

Very rare . The letters LV on the reverse are an abbreviation for
LVKIWN, indicating the Lycians with which the Apollonians had 
entered into an alliance.  The alliance is celebrated on a large, 
quasi-autonomous, bronze issued during the reign of Caracalla and the 
abbreviation occurs on coins struck as late as under Gallienus.  

In BMC, France III, Mionnet, no coins from this city are noted for Philip Jr. 
All in all, only 10 coins from Apollonia Mordiaeum exist in the BMC catalogue.
