M IVL PHILIPPVS CAES, radiate, draped and cuirassed bust right. Rev. PRINCIPI IVVENT, Philip, in military dress, standing left, holding globe and reversed spear. The coin is of bright metal, with a dull obverse surface. Legends are full, with two or three weak letters on the reverse. The images show good detail especially the reveerse image.
