       Mesembria, Thrace. The laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of
       Philip I rt., facing the diademed and draped bust of Otacilia
      Severa lt. / Nemesis-Dikaiosyne standing lt., holding scales and
       cubit-rule. A wheel is at her feet. CNG 51, lot 740. Choice VF
            with an emerald green patina. An attractive example.
