Double-struck obverse. Niger's administration was in a rush 
to increase his popularity throughout the empire by 
producing as many coins with his face as possible and that led to a decrease in the control over the quality. The 
weight of this coin is reduced, perhaps a sign of lack of 
silver in the treasury.
